SS-590-SK is a solvent basedcan sealing compound and its major ingredient is synthetic rubber and it has been developed for use in general cans which require oil resistance for high pressure sterilization of general cans, juice and coffee cans etc.

Using method

1)

SS-590-SK compound requires sufficient cautions for handling and storage because of solvent base can sealing compound.
Fire or ignition etc. flammable materials must be avoided absolutely, as well as direct sun-light and good ventilation is required for the storing room.

2)

Compound stirring
In case of long storing the drum be stirred uniformly, because the compound may produces slight precipitating separation

3)

Dilution of the compound
When dilution is required, use the dilution agent of this company or use the N-Hexane.

Drying

SS-590-SK is natural drying compound so that it does not required special drying system.
But it is very helpful to give hot wind in high speed line.
The drying and working efficiency can be operated with sufficient ventilation for the storing room temperature.
After working, the drying compound must be stored for 48~72 hours and the remained amount mast be kept below the limited value.
